At Al Dhaher Charter School, we are no stranger to awards!
We have participated in literary, scientific, artistic, sports and community competitions, emerging as champions in various fields of education and knowledge in Abu Dhabi.
Notable awards include winning literary competitions, as well as taking home gold, silver and two bronze medals at the Abu Dhabi Qualifying Jiu-Jitsu Championship. We also play an active role in a wide range of scientific competitions across the UAE.
We are particularly proud of our art department for its participation in a number of exhibitions and festivals, where our young artists have won awards at all levels.

Saeed Alghaithi
School Principal - Al Dhaher School
Is an outstanding school principal with over 30 years of experience in education. He began his professional career as an agricultural engineer in the Agriculture Department, where he worked for two years.
Driven by a genuine passion for teaching, he transitioned into the field of education, serving as a science teacher for three years. During this period, he developed a strong commitment to student development, instructional excellence, and the principles of effective school leadership.
Following his teaching career, he progressed into educational leadership, serving as an assistant principal in several schools. He then transitioned to the Al Ain Education Zoon main office as Head of the Financial Affairs Department, broadening his expertise in educational operations and governance. He later returned to the field as Principal of Al Ain Club Academy, leading the school for 13 years. Currently, as Principal of Al Dhaher Charter School, he prioritizes inclusive learning environments, sustained academic improvement, and the continuous professional development of teachers and staff. Mr. Saeed has successfully guided the school in implementing innovative teaching approaches, building strong community partnerships, and establishing a positive school culture focused on respect, responsibility, and student success.
Mr. Saeed possesses a strong ability to read people and align their strengths with appropriate roles, a key factor in his ongoing success. He believes that strong leadership, collaboration, and dedication to serving students are the cornerstones of an effective school.

Is a senior education leader with over 33 years of experience spanning teaching, supervision, professional development, school leadership, and international accreditation. He is an Emirati Professional Leadership License holder and a Cognia Certified Lead Evaluator, with extensive expertise in school improvement and quality assurance.
Currently serving as Director of School Improvement at Al Dhaher Charter School, UAE, Mohamed leads strategic planning, data-driven improvement initiatives, and school readiness for inspections and accreditation. His work focuses on strengthening learning culture, improving student outcomes through robust assessment systems such as MAP, and ensuring alignment with ADEK KPIs and regulatory requirements.
Mohamed has served as an Academic Vice Principal, Acting Principal, and Manager of Monitoring and Evaluation, and is an active member of Cognia External Review Teams. He is recognized for his leadership in accreditation, staff development, and instructional improvement across diverse educational contexts.
