At Jern Yafoor Charter School, we guide our students to be successful and help them to build bright futures.   • At Jern Yafoor Charter School, our teaching program combines best practices with flexibility around how material is taught and assessed. It offers room for exploration and builds stronger teacher-student relationships, while prioritizing creativity.  

    Our approach provides students with a one-of-a-kind experience. We offer a strong foundation in terms of rigorous standards for completing each grade. 

    At the same time, teachers collaborate to create units of work that are centered around students, in ways that encourage them to think out of the box for solutions.

    With state-of-the-art laboratories, athletic fields, playgrounds and performance spaces, we offer all the necessary components to support student learning.

Abdulaziz Alali

School Principal - Jern Yafoor School

Al Ali is a highly dedicated school leader with over 40 years of experience in the field of education. He began his career as a classroom teacher, serving for 19 years, during which he developed a strong passion for student development, effective instruction, and educational excellence.

Following his teaching career, Mr. Al Ali transitioned into educational leadership, serving for 19 years as an assistant principal before being appointed as a school principal for two years. Throughout his career, he has focused on leading school teams effectively, creating supportive and inclusive learning environments, and promoting collaboration among teachers and staff.

Mr. Abdulaziz  holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and is deeply committed to continuous improvement in the educational field. His professional expertise includes supporting students academically, behaviorally, and educationally, while placing strong emphasis on the well-being and quality of life of both students and teachers. He also maintains high expectations for the educational institution to ensure sustained excellence and success.

He believes that strong leadership, teamwork, and a commitment to high standards are the foundation of an effective and successful school.
