Abdulaziz Alali
School Principal - Jern Yafoor School
Al Ali is a highly dedicated school leader with over 40 years of experience in the field of education. He began his career as a classroom teacher, serving for 19 years, during which he developed a strong passion for student development, effective instruction, and educational excellence.
Following his teaching career, Mr. Al Ali transitioned into educational leadership, serving for 19 years as an assistant principal before being appointed as a school principal for two years. Throughout his career, he has focused on leading school teams effectively, creating supportive and inclusive learning environments, and promoting collaboration among teachers and staff.
Mr. Abdulaziz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and is deeply committed to continuous improvement in the educational field. His professional expertise includes supporting students academically, behaviorally, and educationally, while placing strong emphasis on the well-being and quality of life of both students and teachers. He also maintains high expectations for the educational institution to ensure sustained excellence and success.
He believes that strong leadership, teamwork, and a commitment to high standards are the foundation of an effective and successful school.

Is a results-driven education leader with over 20 years of experience driving school improvement, curriculum innovation, and digital transformation across the UAE, USA, and global contexts.
As Director of School Improvement at New Century Education, she leads strategic initiatives that leverage data-driven decision-making to enhance learning outcomes and ensure alignment with regulatory standards. Throughout her career, Muna has successfully overseen large-scale educational projects, cultivated high-performing teams, and introduced adaptive learning models that close performance gaps and empower students to master their material. She has held senior leadership roles at a leading Ed Tech company in the UAE, where she spearheaded global product implementations, and at Framework Consultancy in the USA, where she directed customer learning and success initiatives. Her expertise spans American, IB, AP, UAE MOE, and National curricula, with a proven track record in developing professional learning programs for educators, designing innovative learning technologies, and integrating digital tools into teaching and assessment practices. She is also deeply experienced in stakeholder engagement, from school leaders and ministry officials to international education partners. Muna holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Zayed University and a Bachelor’s in Solid State Electronics from the American University in Cairo, alongside multiple certifications in school inspection, instructional design, and mathematics education. Passionate about advancing educational equity and excellence, Muna is committed to shaping innovative, student-centered learning ecosystems that prepare learners for academic, professional, and global success.
